now he's been chasing his coursemate, W...

mula2 tu macam diorang ni betul ka x couple, tapi ada sumber menyatakan diorang macam selalu nampak mesra, main kacau2 dekat sms lagi

then, ada juga orang cakap diorang sering bercanda-ria dalam wall facebook

anyway, we'll never know whether it's official between them yet, lagipun Z baru juga break dengan gurl dia, macam cepat betul dia dapat yang baru kan but WHO CARES !!!

UPDATE: Yup it's official between W and Z. Ada bukti ok !!!

when all else failed, we turned to the crystal ball

there's a new craze in the little world of facebook, it seems like people had started to make decision by asking the fortune teller,

the fortune teller is similar to the typical one except that this one does not ask for money and with only a few clicks he can tell you what you should do next

here's a few example...

 this one is a little bit freaky, nostradamus (the guy who predict the end of the world) is in his dream

 

at least this one knows how stupid this fortune teller thing is...

apparently i'm not really into this whole fortune telling thing. . .

i'm officialy glee-fied !

so i was alone in my apartment not knowing what to do, assignment papers aside, i don't have the motivation to even look at it.

i decided to browse the web, i went to buddytv.com to play one of its personality quiz stuff then i stumble upon the glee thing.

glee is a new series about a group of student in a club called GLEE. most of them are misfits and outcasts but with the power of music they decided to break their shell.

enough with the lame synopsis, so i watched one of its episode and i got goosebumps.

you know what it means when i got goosebumps, it means i'm excited that i almost cry.

the kids jump around and singin, the kids of high school musical will surely eat their heart out.

wait for it to premiere here or just watch it in the net illegally like i did.

tgg's movie review : GAMER

[WARNING: SPOILER ALERT]


this is tgg's first ever movie review.

mbo cineplex just opened in the spring, kuching. so i decided to watch 'gamer'.

i don't know how to describe this movie, the trailer tempted me but the whole movie just don't cater to my likings.

i just sit there waiting for it to be over.. the only exciting stuff about the movie is the cast. some of them seems like they don't belong in the movie

i was surprised to see alison lohman in the movie, she is the perfect actor to play christine browns in drag me to hell but in gamer, she was just wrong casted....

i mean look at the picture below...

 and then we have milo ventimiglia who plays a men in rubber suit, (no, no he's not playing a superhero in this one). he is a guy with a big 'asset' who was addicted to sex... he just look absolutely dumb in here

and then we have kyra sedgwick, a talk show host who try to save the world, i'm just a bit annoyed with that glittered/bedazzled eyes...

the movie is not bad, but whenever the scene changes to the scene where they show the 'Society' world i started to feel like i have epilepsy, the bubbly bright contrast is one thing, and then the whole scene just filled with puke-inducing moment...below is an example

orange wig over a blonde wig with furry jacket and bright blue lingerie, that's one puke-inducer!

I don't know why but I just feel calm and serene watching this scene over the 'puke inducer' scene.

I give 2 and 1/2 stars out of 5. The Spirit is more fascinating than this. LOLO

WHY SENSITIVE GUYS ARE SO ... SENSITIVE ?

i was chatting with a friend of mine, i never met him since this year's Chinese new year. so when i saw his name on the messenger's list i 'buzz' him.

so we were talking about nothing so i come up with a topic which i have been dying to know.

my friend works in the bank as loan officer, he basically review people's loan application.

so one day we were visiting a friend's house. we were talking in the car, i was at the front seat and there were other friends at the back. he have this 'falsetto' kinda voice when he talk to us. imagine the voice of David Beckham - that's what he sounds like when he talk to us.

and then his phone rings and he answered it. it was a person who applying for loan.

and from David Beckham, he change his voice to be something like David Caruso (CSI:Miami). I think it's funny. so i asked him, why does he do that. why don't he just use his real voice.

and then he started to get enraged! he didn't wanna admit that he did change his voice and accusing me for hurting his feelings.

so he was mad like a cow and told me to not buzz him anymore cause i hurt his feelings. dumb!

then i told him not be too sensitive cause i was just asking, and he reply my IM with lots of accusations which makes me annoyed i just signed out from the messenger service.

gosh... why some people are too sensitive.

0130 : can't sleep, continue facebook-ing. picking vegetables and fruits from my farm. stealing some from my barn buddies. i sold my birthday cake for 10,000 coins.


0200 : dozed off.


0235 : heard sounds of cat fighting from the block in front of my house, too scared to check out. 


0301 : awakened, thought someone - or something staring at me from the window. it's a figure of a woman with long hair. her hair is not 'rebonding-straight' but rather frizzy.


0901 : friend called. invited to celebrate hari raya but wake up late.

0131 : turned off the light.


0131 : thought saw a flash of light (shape like a sphere) going through the window. too scared to sleep turn on the light back.

0140 : reporting sightings in facebook. got about 40 feedback.

0430 : sleeping - with the lights on.

Feedback:

- It's the first day of Raya so most people believe the ghosts who was 'chained' during fasting had finally escaped and free to roam the land

- it's the hungry ghost festival, so some people believed ghosts are wandering at this time, unfinished business maybe.

- one person asked, "Are you sure the frizzy hair ghost is chinese woman ghost?"

Isn't chinese woman ghost supposed to look like this:

okay the ghost above is not frizzy hair at all... but i'm sure it's a ghost whatever she looked like.

- the most surprising conclusion is that, the place where the college block is located is actually a chinese burial ground, well that explained the chinese ghost theory !

- however the light sphere appearance has not been explained yet, it could be an optical trick or something.

- last but not least, the sound of two cats fighting. the college have no cats whatsoever,and why in the hell the writer heard the sound of a cat fighting in the middle of early morning... goosebumps !

The college is build on a chinese burial ground !!!! that tops it all !

#1 Singing for Le Meuilleur

Kent: It's a great experience, when my girlfriend played our semi-final video I was like no we're not gonna make it and then voila we are in the final.

Jon: Yup, High School Musical was hot at that time so I was invited to be in the group and the rest is history.

TGG: But you guys didn't win...

Joe: Unfortunately my mic wasn't functioning at that time so they didn't hear my high notes which I think could land us at least in the 2nd runner up place.

#2 Studying in UNIMAS

Jon: I was gonna reject the offer but I got nothing else to do so why not try.

Kent: I like UNIMAS, i got to show every potential that I have here, hey I'm the president of XPDC club, hello...

#3 Car-trastophe

Kent: It's like a curse, everytime we hear Rihanna's Disturbia we end up with the car messed up, whether the battery's out or the gas's empty.

Jon: I think it happened like 3 times, Disturbia is playing right before the incident happened.

#4 Hitting on the club

Jon: My first alcohol was given by this guy (Kent).

Kent : You mean the 2008 or the 2009 one?

Jon: The 2008 was awesome cause we win.

Kent: I was cool about it, I'm not scared at all

Jon: I was the only one who saw the ghost but they didn't believe me they said that it was the Sebayors.

Kent: Yup, we were in a friend's house and got a lil bit late, the boat service had closed operation so our car was across the river and we were at the other side of it.

Jon: we freak out!

Kent: We get out of there in no time.

Jon: At least one of us was freaking out.

MY BIG FAT GREAT BIRTHDAY PARTY!

this year on 19th of september i stepped into a new world, a world where i have to become grown ups.

i'm 20 now! as usual i celebrate it with some friend and this year it was very special because it's holiday and everyone's already missing gone to their hometown.

i decided to have a picnic in friendship park in kuching. it was 1am and some teenager (gosh, gonna miss that word) was skating around, some couples were dating and here we are three people packing burgers and sittin next to the fountain.

it was a great night,

now i started to feel old, really, really old.

TAYLOR, "I'M SO GONNA BE A TWILIGHTER NOW"

last year when they cancelled Harry Potter over the Twilight movie I was so hyped to see what this movie is all about, I know it's a best-selling book but I never dig vampire since David Boreanaz's Angel.

but my excitement went down when my brother told me that Twilight sucks a** and it's a sissy movie. he also told me the movie's retarded.

and then when schools open everyone was under ed cullen's curse and i feel so outcasted cos when they talk about it i was like 'guys what r u talkin bout?'. i've been trying to watch the movie but failed.

since then i decided to just go on with my life and forget all about twilight.

then when i saw the trailer of new moon, the sequel to twilight i was like OhEmGee, this is cool. The casts is hotter and they manage to get Dakota Fanning. The trailer just pumped my adrenaline throughout my entire blood vessel.

but i don't wanna spend my time dazed and confused when i'm watching new moon, so i have to watch the first movie right?  

so before the new moon is out i'm gonna grab that twilight dvd and just watch it.

yeah holiday is coming but is it gonna be a season to be jolly?

not so, cause i got like billions of assignment to finish in a week.

Fashion Face Off: Chris VS Taylor

Nothing's more embarassing than wearing the same clothes with other people in the same venue, unless you're Olsen twins in their Full House days there's no excuse.

It not only happened to celebs like what happened to Shakira and Pink in the recent VMA, but it does happen to real people like what happened in the recent Biotech Orientation Camp.

As seen here, both were rockin the same grey stripes cardigan but from different designers. Who do you think rocks the garment ?

TAYLOR'S TIPS TO GETTING RID OF OVERPAID STUFF FOR 2ND YEAR BIOTECH STUDENTS OF UNIMAS

how do we get rid of financial burden?
one of the things that we don't know is that sometimes we actually pay more than the actual price of the stuff and sometimes they [service provider] just overcharged us.

i'm not a savvy person myself but thru experience here's a few tip that i'd like to share with you guys.

Movie Night:
Ticket, popcorn, transport price, and parking fare will cost you about RM 30++. MBO Cineplex large combo (large soft drink + large popcorn) priced at about RM8 !!! Who pays RM4.70 for a box of popcorn anyway.

instead

borrow Kennedy's external drive which not only featured new movies but it also features unreleased movie (some are banned in Malaysia), for titbits just grabbed some chips and drinks from the nearest 'Koperasi'.

'Gourmet' Coffee:
Starbucks and Coffee Bean got delicious aromatic coffee one have ever taste but seriously the price tag is killing! A cup of coffee starts from RM10.50 (minus tax).

instead

Buy Nescafe Gold (for the rich aroma) or Nescafe Body Partner (It smells like Starbucks) which priced at RM10 - RM12 and can provide you with a cuppa for a month !

Avoid Taxes:
'We're kids, we don't have to pay tax... bla...bla..bla'. Think again guys, all those taxes and extra charges you paid going to those fancy fast food restaurants can cost you a lot. You pay 10% for service charge and the waiter won't even help you find a bottle of ketchup.

instead

avoid fast food restaurant, they charged 5% government tax and 10% service charge which sometimes not relevant at all. this tip is of course not applicable to those who live in duty-free state.

Buy the Family size bottle:
Especially toiletries, if you are attached to a certain brand of shampoo avoid buying the small size bottle.

instead

buy the family size bottle which not only saves money but also the environment, if there is refill pack buy one instead of bottled one.

Got Milk? or yoghurt
A pack of fresh milk cost about RM4++ a litre and a bottle of drinking yoghurt cost about RM5++ and you need it for your daily calcium need. Of course you can buy the milk powder but what if you're vegan and lactose-intolerant, the only things that reliable is of course - yoghurt.

just

buy yoghurt a week before the yoghurt gonna expired, shops like Ta Kiong (Spring) and Boulevard (Kuching) slash their yoghurt price as low as 70% a bottle. Check the expiry date, most of dairy product can still be consumed 2 days after it's expiry date but of course you don't wanna take the risk.

Transport to airport:
It's holiday and you have to go to the airport. With so many luggage you have to take taxi but unfortunately it's too pricey, we're talking about RM40++ per trip here.

instead

ask your coursemate who can drive you to the airport, we have Jenny, Dwen, Zaki, Lazarus, Su, Carl Miew,etc.
Not only you save a whole lot but you have your friend as talking companion along the 20 minutes trip to the airport. An extra tip, you may have to pay for fuel if you're going with QAP 2137. (^-^)
