This might be temporary or it might be permanent or perhaps I'm going to explore other type of writing.

Anyway I'll keep looking for random awesome thing and you guys will see me soon.

Thanks for the journey and thanks for reading. Goodbye and Happy New Year...

la restauración falla de la técnica jesus

Bad Spanish aside, I hope y’all know about this story because it has been around the net for like weeks.

What was thought to be an act of vandalism was actually a legit attempt by a senior citizen to restore a 19th century of a fresco depicting Jesus with thorn crown. The 80 year old women tried to restore the painting as the paints has flaked, however she, as you should know failed miserably (see below)

Agence France-Presse — Getty Images via NYTimes.com

The painting has now subjected to several internet parodies which can be seen in one of my favorite site 9gag.com.

What do you think? Should we blame the lady or can we accept this as a modern art ?

McDonald's Dessert Disaster

I am a huge fan of fast food especially McDonald (or as people called it, McD). To be honest they are also responsible for my increasing waistline.

Recently, they had launched a new addition to their dessert division, the Kellogg's Corn Flakes Sundae and McFlurry, perfect companion to round up your favourite McDonald's meal !

Via Facebook (McDonald)
It looks yummy right? So I decided to try one which is the chocolate flavoured sundae. So, I was standing in front of the counter waiting for my order and of course I decided to watch the girl make the sundae. At first she made a normal chocolate sundae and I was excited to see how she's gonna add on the corn flakes. I was like, hopefully she's not gonna just pour the whole corn flakes to the sundae. I was expecting a chocolate sundae just like the one in the advertisement.

So you guys wanna see the end product. It's after the jump.

Watch Stacy’s Pelangi Senja

via You Tube

5 years had passed since Stacy has been crowned the winner of the now cancelled reality show/singing competition, Akademi Fantasia and it was amazing how she’s able to stay relevant unlike some of the past winners.

Anyway, her latest offering is a ballad called Pelangi Senja (directly translated to ‘Rainbow of the Sunset’, Dusk’s Rainbow… well, nobody cares). The song has an Agnes Monica-ish vibe, a singer Stacy got related to. It’s not as catchy as her dance number but the song sounds better if you watch the video.

Well, the video is shot in Semporna, which is a part of Sabah I haven’t got a chance to explore. The video got this beautiful sunset-ish view kinda like it has been Instagrame-d, so Instagram fans can relate to it. Besides that, it featured several beautiful dress which adds some luxurious value to this vid, last but not least, a shirtless model got to star in this which is a rare thing to see in Malaysia’s artist video.

So, if you’re a fan go watch this video and I’m assuming you are one or else why would you’ve been reading this whole post, right?

Go grab Stacy’s latest album called Stay-C (tacky title much?).

Fierceness Storm Alert; Asia’s Next Top Model is coming

via Yahoo Singapore

Get ready to smize cause Asia’s Next Top Model is coming to well, Asia !

This new show is a spin-off of my fave guilty pleasure – America’s Next Top Model. It will be featuring models from all around Asia including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

Show will be hosted by VJ Nadya Hugatulag (Nadya, who?). Anyway the show will be broadcasted all around Asia, probably Star World for us, Malaysians.

So who’s gonna take the title of the first ever Asia’s Next Top Model, find out soon, hopefully this show won’t be a fad unlike the US version which spans to 17 seasons despite decrease in ratings (or the fantasy version Yey’s Next Top Model courtesy of moi? Remember?)

Never wear a VERSACE clothes if you're going to VERSACE

Really? What kinda moron makes that kinda rule?

As you all might not know especially those living in Sabah Borneo. PADINI Warisan Square is closing down and having clearance sale and as usual it does not benefit me as most of their clothes doesn't come in my size.

Going back to the topic, last week I was planning to go shop at other PADINI store as they sell one of the best and affordable slacks with my friend.

Unfortunately I was unable to do that as my friend was wearing a PADINI sweatshirt. According to em the shirt was bought at the same store I was planning to go and it was bought on SALE which give more reason for him to be humiliated by the salesperson there (according to his theory).

Just like that I have to change my plan and shop at Dockers instead, gosh if only they got something in my size.

Anyway in a totally unrelated news, I've bought a new shirt from PADINI. It was RM129 (GASPS!!!). Don't worry it was on sale it wasn't like I have to sell my kidney to buy it.

Blogger on my Android

Yikes I haven't been blogging for 2 months and I feel bad for my followers (there were like 7 of them and I thanked them all).

Anyway, FYI the Blogger apps finally got support for my smartphone so I can blog from anywhwere (YAY !!!).

See you later and this time it won' take like 2 months for y'all to see my new post.

YOUNG HAPPY FOOLISH, ME

I figured you guys already know that Pixie Lott was in Malaysia the other day, right, well, she’s here to promote her latest album.

One day before the showcase in KL I received a call from Universal Music telling me that I’ve won a grand prize from them in conjunction with the Pixie Lott tour.

The prize was supposed to be four tickets to see her showcase in KL Live and a chance to meet and greet her plus, makeover by her courtesy of Ted Baker London (a fashion label from London, duh!).

Unfortunately I can’t make it because I’m not in freaking KL, so to compensate that I decided to go to her concert in Kota Kinabalu.

FYI the concert was held in 1Borneo KK and I arrived there like an hour before it started. Lucky me, I got a place right in front which I presumed is 300m away from the stage.

The place was so crowded and everyone was pushing everyone, I was literally surrounded by crazy fans (or CrazyCats), mostly teenagers who speaks like Valley Girl. And then there was a little boy next to me and he was pushed by the crowd and suddenly a lady, whom I believed is the mom was like screaming because her baby was pushed around. I am like, “Honey what were you thinking when you’re bringing your li’l boy here?”

Pixie was fashionably late, but she managed to capture our heart when she sang 5 of her favourites songs, which she keeps reminding us. After that, there was an autograph signing session. Because of the strict no photo policy I was unable to take picture of her. But I got the chance to talk to her for like, 5 seconds.

Anyway, that was one a hell of experience, seeing her in person. Also, it was my first time going to 1Borneo alone using public transport.

on the run ?

there are things that happened to me that should not be disclosed but i think i want to share my experience with you guys...

this thing started when i got a new phone number. the first months nothing happened except for the spam sms sent by unknown number insisting me to subscribe to 18++ videos.

worst thing about to happened...

then one night when i was enjoying my dinner with my friend, an unknown number called me and i answered. it was a lady but from her tone i don't think 'lady' is a proper way to call her.

she was asking for 'Marvin'... and then I told her she got the wrong number. Then she snapped and angrily told me I was lying. My happy-dinner-with-friend mood changed instantly because of the rudeness. Then she told me to go to the related authority to declare that the number is really mine and not some dude named 'Marvin'. I ignored it because I just think she was trolling me.

then few weeks later, another phone call but this time it's a guy and he is searching for, guess what, freaking Marvin. I told him I'm not that person but he refused to believe me. Then he told me he got this number by looking at Marvin's details. Well, Marvin might faked his phone number, after all he was a criminal. Or another scenario this number I'm using is a recycled number, because phone numbers got recycled right (don't believe me go watch that Korean movie One Missed Call). This fella was like "Nope, phone numbers are not recycled and you are lying!". I was like if you don't believe me then go check my details with the phone operator. after being denied few times, I think the guy got angry and he said he got this number along with the details and already verified it with the operator. Well fuck you because you're the one who's lying!

Then yesterday night, one more call came and this one it's a mobile phone number. This time this funny dude straight away said "Mr. marvin where are you, tell us now". I was like "oh not again, i'm in KK". And this funny dude was like "tell us your exact location because we're going there to arrest you". I was like what sort of criminal will revealed his exact location when he is on the run.

Then I explained to him that I'm not the person he's looking for and told him that his people is harassing me. I was like what should I do to report this thing so i can settled it  for good. And the fella think he's a comedian so he said "Courts Mammoth.... Courts Mammoth, go report at Courts Mammoth". Then I told him I will go to Courts Mammoth tomorrow and he gets angry and told him what Marvin has done and why they are looking for him, sadly he still accused me to be that Marvin or at least related to him. Then I hang up because it's wasting my time.

I will go to the telco and closed this number which I think has brought me so many joy. Because of Marvin I have to let this number go. Fuck you Marvin for using my phone number to get away!

neopets has left the building

It's an old news but I just wanna share with you guys how deeply sad I am.

I found that one day I was unable to log on into one of my favorite website since 2001 and I was sure that I put in the right password. Then I decided to do a little investigation and to make story short, turns out my account had been hacked with everything I've been working so hard on taken by some neopets hacker nerd !

Nevertheless, I found this terrible incident as a way for me to grow up away from Neopia (neopets fan will get this) and become an adult in the real world.

So long my beloved Mutant Kacheek (again, neopets fan will get this).

Google why you no support

I've recently bought a new Android phone (will be discussed in another post, excited?) and turns out that Blogger is not supported by my phone and I'm like what?

So I decided to branched out to another platform and it will be announced when everything is finalised until then enjoy my current blog and hopefully you guys find it enjoyable given the lack of post I've been posting nowadays.

... am I that hopeless ?

So, here I am again talking about how my life sucks sometimes, like right now I have a job and of course, it's not my dream job but it has to be done because of that freaking study loan and some other things.

Right now, I'm starting to developed this feeling that I can actually handle responsibility given to me but I don't know why some people have the expectation that I'm gonna suck in most of the things I do.

Like, for example, they thought I was gonna suck at my job interview, but I proved them wrong by getting hired. Surprisingly that's not enough to convince them I can be good at something and as usual they have low expectation. Right now, they say I won't be good at my job now and will probably get fired soon, I mean c'mon how's that gonna motivate me ? Why are these guys keep seeing me in a negative perspective. Is it an Asian thing or something.

Viz-a-viz s’il vous plait…

Which one is an easier way to communicate with someone ?

a) face to face conversation.
b) via text message.

I choose ‘a’ because most of the time texting or IM-ing (or chatting) can send out a wrong impression if the text is interpreted wrongly.

Well, I have my own experience. There’s one person who doesn’t talk much with me in person but decided to text and chat with me instead, surprisingly he got a lot to say to me online than in real life.

I got that, some people are just too shy to speak directly in person but what I find annoying is when this person decided to say things that I didn’t like. Trying too hard to make a conversation with me online. Sorry, I found it awkward.

My point is, be brave to have a face to face conversation…

XOXO

“McD’s Filet-O-Fish was created for religious reason”

                                                          via deckboss.blogspot.com

First of all I’m not gonna talk about religion here it just happened that my favorite McDonald’s burger which is pictured above have religious background around its invention, at least from what I’ve read in howstuffworks and research from Wikipedia.

In the 60s one of the McD franchise is set up in an area where the Catholic population is large and during that time Catholics aged 14 years and above abstained from eating meat on every Friday (don’t worry, nowadays this practice is only done on Lent  ).

So the owner, Lou Groen was thinking on ways to attract Catholics to eat at McD on Friday and he came up with the idea of making ‘fish burger’, the burger become popular among the Catholics there and the rest is history.

No wonder I feel ‘enlightened’ when I ate one of these.Angel

shit I say when ... eating with my friends

I was hanging out with my friends and we decided to eat somewhere ...

After we finished,

Friend: Why you no finished your meal.

Me : It's cause I usually left some for my dog to eat back at home. I guessed it become a habit.

Friend: ...

Me : *silence* (S**T ! Did I just compare my friend to a dog)

I want THIS !!!!

Via mangareader.net

I don't know what the ad is talking about but I know this 'Dream Stretcher!!' is a device used to add a few cm (or inches for those in USA) by stretching your body... I know, of course this thing is weird but it's Japan so what do you expect.

I've bought a freaking fake perfume ! ! !

I guess you guys know that I'm a perfume freak and willing to spends hundreds of ringgits on perfume alone.

Of course this hobby came with a risk and one of them is ending up buying fake perfume. How do I know my perfume is fake? Well:-

  • The package looked like it has been lazily copied, especially the bar code which is printed using low quality ink.
  • The perfume smell like vinegar after a while
  • The smell lasts like 30 minutes and disappeared and it has no projection at all, it means nobody near me can smell it, which is not supposed to happen because perfume should make me more attractive.
The thing that pissed me off is that I've paid the same price as the genuine one... So all fragrance fans out there only buy your perfume at trusted dealer, I think Parkson, Metrojaya and Sasa should be fine...

P/S: Planning to buy new bottle, CH 212 Sexy Men or ck one Shock for men..
